CEO
With more than 20 years of administrative support experience, Amanda Mungal has earned a reputation for finding creative ways to help businesses thrive. She has worked in a variety of industries, including education, criminal justice, community living, municipalities, private medical practices and consulting firms. Her roles have spanned office management, executive support, strategic planning, payroll administration, benefits administration, event management and more.
Using her expansive experience as a platform, Amanda launched It’s Your Time, a company dedicated to creating business support solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. Amanda is passionate about working with business owners to build viable businesses and realise their goals and dreams.
Amanda’s free time is filled with her two awesome boys and husband (as anyone who follows her on Facebook can attest). She also enjoys putting her novice gardening skills to the test and socializing with great people.
Operations Manager - Nigeria
A graduate from the University of British Columbia, with a BSc in Biology, Bilqis is our Regional Manager in Nigeria. Bilqis joined It’s Your Time in 2019 and loves learning about different industries and building relationships with clients and teams. Bilqis takes the time to learn about clients, their goals and their systems and strives to support clients in achieving their business goals! Her words are consistency and efficiency! She is becoming famous for asking “what are the next steps” and “is it written down”. All plans need action; all planners need Bilqis!
When not working with clients and the Admin team, Bilqis spends a lot of time on her yoga mat.
HR and Recruitment
Renny Mungal is It’s Your Time’s Recruitment Specialist and oversees It’s Your Time’s entire North American recruitment and hiring service and support. Renny led the development of It’s Your Time’s entire process management system. He is also driving the company’s three major departments, Administration, Bookkeeping and Reception.
Renny played a key role in It’s Your Time’s entry into the small business market with the concept of being a virtual assistant combined with a brick and mortar family run business, and led operations between 2010 and 2021.
Renny, along with Amanda created It’s Your Time in 2008. Prior to It’s Your Time, Renny worked for companies such as Toyota and Nissan is a business management role. He spends the majority of his spare time with his wife Amanda, two kids Jack and Charlie in the beautiful city of Pitt Meadows.
Bookkeeping Team Lead
Mariam is a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and a commitment to success. She graduated with honors from Osun State University (Uniosun), Nigeria, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Mariam has focused her career on providing exceptional administrative support to Its Your Time. With her keen eye for detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities, Mariam ensures that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
She approaches each opportunity with enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, making her a valuable asset to our team.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mariam finds joy in simple pleasures. She enjoys immersing herself in the world of cinema, listening to afrobeat music. Additionally, Mariam values the importance of family and relishes spending quality time with her beloved baby brother.
Admin Team Lead
Eniola is a valued member of our admin team at IYT in Nigeria. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Enterprise from the University of Buckingham, Eniola has a strong educational background in business and operations. Her practical experience in the field further enhances her expertise.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Eniola finds joy in creating memorable experiences with her loved ones. Exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and embarking on exciting adventures together bring her immense happiness. Her passion for fostering meaningful connections extends to her interactions with colleagues and clients, as she actively cultivates a warm and welcoming environment for everyone she encounters.

Tarah is a keen member of our administration team.
With an educational background in entrepreneurship, Tarah prides themselves in being multifaceted, resourceful, & innovative. In their role they demonstrate a versatile skillset, combining a passion for social connection with a detail oriented, systematic approach. Tarah’s authenticity is consistent in and out of the office; energetic & tenacious with an originative way of thinking.
In their personal life, Tarah is inspired by philosophy & philanthropy, and is passionate about creative endeavours, being active, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Client Account Manager
Jodieanne is a Client Account Manager at It’s Your Time, bringing together her expertise in recruitment, client support, and creative digital marketing. Skilled in Canva design, she develops engaging marketing content, manages WordPress projects, and provides 1:1 practitioner training on tools like OneNote. She adapts easily to every project—whether it’s creative design, managing calendars and emails, or chasing invoices—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Previously, as a Client Account Manager with Taskmaster, managing her multi-million client IFCO, Jodieanne worked on-site alongside production, site, and health & safety managers to design and deliver large-scale training programs. She planned and led workshops for more than 100 staff and managers, ranging from engineers and machine operators to leadership, ensuring cross-functional learning, safety compliance, and skill development.
With a passion for both people and process, Jodieanne combines hands-on facilitation with creative problem-solving to help individuals and teams thrive.
Lead Receptionist
Sarah is our Lead Receptionist at It’s Your Time. With a strong foundation in administrative support and a natural ability in creating warm welcoming environments, Sarah brings a professional yet personal touch to the front desk.
Known for her organization, attentiveness, and approachable demeanor, she ensures that every client interaction is smooth and positive. Outside of the office, Sarah is passionate about her faith, training for Hyrox competitions, exploring Vancouver’s local restaurant scene and spending time outdoors with her dog. Her passion for people and commitment to exceptional service make her a perfect fit for the team.
Senior Bookkeeper
Damilola is a Senior Bookkeeper at It’s Your Time, he is a graduate of Babcock University, Nigeria with a B.Sc. in Finance. He enjoys working with financial data and has over 5 years of experience working in the Pension and Investment industry, gaining skills in financial analysis and reporting.
In his free time, Damilola likes to write code and build programs with python, go swimming and read up on financial news
Bookkeeping Account Manager
Amaka has over 9 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance in various sectors such as Aviation, Hospitality, Building & Construction and Consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
She began her career as a Finance and Administrative Assistant in the hospitality sector where she played a pivotal role in increasing sales and implementing new accounting system. She is reliable and has an innovative approach to problem-solving which makes her your go-to girl. She is also certified human resources personnel of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Outside her professional life, Amaka enjoys reading novels, spending time with family, cooking and singing. She thrives in making people around her comfortable and happy.

Gaffar is a bookkeeper here at Its Your Time, he is a graduate of Zenith University College, Accra Ghana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Gaffar is a very dedicated individual who always strives to provide his best in the working space.
Outside of work, You would find him reading, planning and having quite time to himself.

Wahab holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Nigeria.
He is an experienced finance professional with expertise spanning multiple industries, including supply chain, oil and gas, telecommunications, and consulting.
In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, staying updated on global news, and playing football.
Bookkeeping Assistant
Daniel Onwuha is the Bookkeeping Assistant at It’s Your Time, where he plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and providing timely support for day-to-day bookkeeping operations. Daniel is from Nigeria and possesses a brilliant set of skills, including graphic design, copywriting, and a foundational knowledge of frontend coding.
Outside of work, he has a passion for traveling, seeking new experiences and cultures. With a blend of creative and analytical talents, he thrives in dynamic environments and is always eager to learn and grow.
Virtual Senior Administrative Assistant
Gavin joined the IYT Team in 2023. Having experience in a wide variety of disciplines, he brings a unique set of skills to the team. He is working with the administrative team, helping clients meet their goals. He works with a keen attention to detail and a focused work ethic.
Having good work life balance, Gavin enjoys the outdoors. He has travelled all over the pacific northwest enjoying outdoor activities such as dragon boating, out-rigger canoe races, hiking and climbing. He also enjoys time with his family and friends

Precious is an administrative whiz with a knack for juggling multiple roles with finesse. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Film Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Through the lens of an IYT Admin, she makes things happen for businesses across different sectors which boosts their efficiency and productivity. A graduate of Imo State University with a BSc in Government, Smart brings years of experience orchestrating operational processes and meticulously designing memorable customer experience journeys. When not at work, you’ll find him whipping up delicious culinary creations, soaking up the sun at the beach, or conquering the video game world.
